1. PET plastic bottles are environmentally friendly materials with high barrier, light weight, non-fragmentation characteristics, chemical resistance and strong transparency. They can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white and transparent materials. They are widely used in filling gel water. Bottle mouth is standard 16, 18, 22, 24, can be equipped with pump head dominant.
2. The acrylic material is injection plastic bottle, which has poor chemical resistance. Individuals can not directly fill the paste body. They need to be equipped with inner gallbladder barrier. The filling is not easy to be too full. The paste body should be prevented from entering between inner gallbladder and acrylic bottle in order to prevent cracking. The transportation side packaging requirements are higher. The scratched plastic bottle looks more obvious, has higher permeability and feels thicker on the upper wall, but the price is quite expensive.
3. There are popular ink and UV ink in silk printing. UV ink has good gloss and three-dimensional feeling. In production, the color should be confirmed by typesetting first. There will be differences in the different materials of silk printing.
4. Plaster bottles, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, gaskets, pump heads and dust shields with thicker wall for cosmetic bottles are injection moulding; PET bottles are two-step moulding, tube embryos are injection moulding, and products are packaged as blow bottles. Others, such as latex bottle with thinner container wall and washing bottle, are blowing bottles.
5. Plastic bottles are usually made of PP, PE, K, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.
6. Plastic bottles and cosmetics bottle caps are equipped with inner gaskets, pull caps and inner plugs. Most of them are equipped with spoons or droppers. This is mainly due to their sealing and dominant convenience.
