① Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the appearance requirements of cosmetic products.

This standard applies to all types of cosmetics.

②Packaging classification is divided into: bottles (including plastic bottles and glass bottles) according to the types of packaging materials of cosmetics;

Cover [including outer cover, inner cover (plug, pad)];

Bags (including paper bags, plastic bags, composite bags);

hose;

Boxes (including cartons, plastic boxes, and iron boxes);

Spray can

Ingot tube (including lipstick tube, foundation tube);

Outer box packaging (including flower boxes, medium boxes, and large boxes);

other.

③ Cosmetic product packaging appearance requirements

All materials of product packaging should be non-toxic and safe.

3.1 bottles

3.1.1 The bottle body is complete, stable and straight, smooth, basically uniform in thickness, free of cold bursts, cracks, and no obvious scars or deformation.

3.1.2 The bottle mouth is straight and smooth, free of burrs (burrs), and the thread and other matching structures are intact and straight.

3.1.3 The inside and outside of the bottle are clean.

3.1.4. The bottle and the cap should be matched tightly without slippage, loosening, or leakage. Collected and sorted out on the education network.

3.2 cover

3.2.1 Inner cover

3.2.1.1 Complete, smooth, no deformation, clean, free of dust, oil, etc.

3.6.3 The cover shall meet the requirements of 3.2.

3.7 Ingot tube

3.7.1 The tube body is straight and smooth, without obvious scratches, and the color is uniform, consistent with the standard sample.

3.7.2 The tube body is suitable for tightness, and the paste should be screwed out or pushed out normally.

3.8 Cosmetic pencil

3.8.1 The pen barrel should be smooth and straight, the pen barrel should not be glued, and the paint should not be cracked.

3.8.2 The surface of the pen cover is smooth and clean, and the tightness is appropriate.

3.8.3 The logo should be complete and clear.

3.9 Trademarks, manuals, box header stickers and certificates of conformity.

3.9.1 Printed trademarks should have correct patterns, distinct colors, and clear and firm writing.

3.9.2 The trademark must be firmly pasted, and must not be skewed, missed, upside-down, or wrongly pasted. After being pasted, it will not tilt the corners or edges.

3.9.3 The printing surface of the manual is neat and clear, and the handwriting is clear.

3.9.4 The box head (sticker) is printed with clear writing and patterns.

3.9.5 The printed handwriting and pattern of the certificate are clear, and there are signs such as factory name and inspector code.

3.10 Outer box packaging (flower box, medium box, large box

3.10.1 Flower box

3.10.1.1 The flower box should be tightly matched with the medium box packaging.

3.10.1.2 The flower box should be clean, upright, flat and free of wrinkles, missing edges, or missing corners.

3.10.1.3 The bonding part of the flower box is firmly bonded, without sticking marks, cracks, and mutual adhesion, and the color is uniform and consistent with the standard sample.

3.10.1.4 There is no wrong installation, missing installation, or upside-down installation in the product. The lid is closed.

3.10.1.5 The flower box (including product packaging) of the product should indicate the product’s trademark, product name, factory name, factory address, production date (shelf life), capacity or quality, and license number, and instructions for use should be provided when necessary.

3.10.2 Medium Box

3.10.2.1 The middle box should be clean, upright and flat.

3.10.2.2 The product has no wrong installation, missing installation, or upside-down installation.

3.10.2.3 The box head (sticker) should be correct, clear, and complete, and should be marked with product name, quantity, and factory name.

3.10.3 large box

3.10.3.1 The large box should be clean, upright, smooth, and tightly sealed.

3.10.3.2 The product has no wrong installation, missing installation, or upside-down installation.

3.10.3.3 The signs outside the big box should be clear, complete, and located in an appropriate location, with signs such as product name, factory name, factory address, license number, specification, quantity, gross weight, volume, date of manufacture, and precautions.

3.11 Other

3.11.1 Pump spray cans shall meet the corresponding requirements in 3.1 and 3.6.

3.11.2 The shelf life of the product is marked. If the product quality is more than three years without problems, it may not be marked.

3.11.3 The implemented standard number should be marked on the product or its instructions and packaging.

④Test method

4.1 The visual inspection and standard comparison should meet the specified requirements.

4.2 Tightness test of box products.

4.2.1 The tolerance range of the bottled product capacity stipulates that the sample cannot be peeled off forcefully with your fingers, pinch the edge of the cover, and the bottom does not fall as the test is qualified.
