Bottles and jars produced by Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) represent a growing trend in protecting the earth’s environment and reusing resources, as well as the development trend in the packaging industry. PET packing materials are at the forefront of this trend. PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is one of the most common plastics in the world, and it is one of the easiest plastics to recycle. Our company can already produce 100% PCR products.
Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) products will change its color and transparency after reheating. As the concentration of PCR increases, its appearance will gradually darken. However this can be counterbalanced by using colorants, these bottles are usually not suitable for transparent colors. Especially when the ratio exceeds 25%, you will find that appearance gradually changes as the percentage of PCR increases.
Our company is focusing on studying the production of PCR products. At present , 30%, 50%, and 100% PET-PCR products have been mass-produced. We have the GRS certificate, which guarantees the entire PCR production process.
